Every year the summer is jam packed with music festivals, and when picking where to go there’s so much to consider.. “How much will i have to spend? How far will i have to travel? Do i have to put up a tent?” And of course “Who’s performing?!”
We’ve listed out the best looking festivals to hit this summer highlighting the pros and cons for you!
The Parklife Weekender
Pros: The line up is IMPRESSIVE. From Snoop Dogg to Rudimental. You’ll definitely be dancing all weekend!
Cons: Local accommodation has gone pretty fast, so expect to pay more than you expected for a hotel.
When: 4th, 5th & 6th
Where: Finsbury Park & Birmingham Perry Park
Pros: Finsbury Park is a nice new location which is easy to get to. Since the park is smaller then the Olympic site that was used last year – there won’t be any 10 minute walks to the next stage!
Cons: None so far!
Pros: OUTKAST! With it being their 20th anniversary as duo, their performance is set to me amazinggg!
Cons: The location can be quite awkward to get back from. Leave the festival as early as possible to avoid being stuck on the Isle of Wight for 3 hours!
Glastonbury haven’t actually released a line up yet, but you can get an idea of what to expect from last years. The 2014 line up will be released closer to the festival date.
